Meridian Shipping Services Group was established by Mr. Siaw Hooi Chuan and Mr. Eugene Lee in 2003. Prior to setting up Meridian Shipping Services Group, Mr. Siaw Hooi Chuan was the Executive Vice President of a multi-national shipping company, responsible for container liner agency business within the Southeast Asian region while Mr. Eugene Lee was the General Manager of a multi-national shipping company, possessing wide ranging experience in Liner Shipping Agency, Ship Broking and Container Feeder Operations.

Meridian Shipping Services Group's core business is container liner agency services. Other value-added businesses of the Group include:
